Item description

This is a really great pencil skirt given to me by someone who thinks i am much thinner than i actually am as it too small for me! So i have never worn it but I am guessing its from the 70s, it says 12 on the label but its nearer a 10.  Its a fabulous lemon yellow colour and would be excellent for summer. 

The Exact measurements are:

28" waist

38" Hips
